Exclusive interview with Philippe Bens, Head of Regional Coverage at CACEIS Suisse
Philippe Bens has over 25 years experience in asset servicing. In 1994 he took over the management of depositary and custodian services at Banque Indosuez, in Luxembourg, before becoming Senior Project Manager for Fastnet Luxembourg, in charge of customer communications. In 2002, he was made business development director for Switzerland, Benelux, Scandinavia and the Middle East. He moved to Nyon in 2008 to take over the management of CACEIS Suisse, which was launched in 2006. With the creation of the CACEIS Bank Switzerland Branch in 2015, the Swiss arm of the group now offers a package of services to answer all the needs of its existing and prospective clients. Since then, Philippe has been at the head of all the sales teams in Switzerland and presided over the development of the branch. We asked him a few questions. What makes CACEIS unique in its sector ? CACEIS Suisse is the only player on the Swiss market to offer a complete "one-stop shop" type of fund management and local and global custodian and depositary bank services. We also offer more specific services, such as order execution on the main financial markets and the administration and management of third-party funds.
