Stories written specially for businesses, people who are out of work, for children and for anyone who is still a child at heart!
It was back in 2012 that Isabelle Livet got the idea of becoming a teller of tales when she made up stories to entertain her four-year-old daughter on a long car journey.
Her storytelling business began ten years ago with an introductory course, a series of training sessions and the opportunity to tell her tales in different places.
Since then, Isabelle has developed the concept by combining it with her background in communications and writing, because she believes that storytelling - an excellent way of raising awareness and making connections - has its place in all kinds of settings, and not just at Christmas!

Storytelling in business

Isabelle offers her services to companies to tell their stories and for team-building exercises or to broach delicate subjects. She also puts on shows and themed seminars.

Storytelling for marginalised groups

Isabelle also realised she could use her storytelling to help vulnerable and disadvantaged groups - those who have lost their jobs, people suffering from health problems, and people with disabilities. She goes into hospitals, clinics, prisons and institutions and works with organisations who help people back into work, raising awareness about the resources available to them, encouraging them to find the strength to bounce back, or simply giving people an opportunity to laugh and let themselves go through her shows and storytelling workshops.

Storytelling for children

Isabelle also works with organisations who care for children, helping bring their values to life in a fun way and organises themed weeks or months by raising awareness of current topics such as diversity, respect, courage, kindness etc. She also likes to get the children involved by getting them to write stories and teaching them about storytelling in a practical way , through “storytelling and writing” lessons.

Storytelling to enhance the heritage of buildings, cultures and landscapes

For organisations promoting sustainable development and all kinds of heritage, Isabelle puts the emphasis on stories with an historical and cultural framework, enabling people to (re)discover their roots.
